Avid Hotels (styled avid) is a midscale hotel brand. It was privilege for Yogi Engineering to provide structural Engineering services for a new 4-STORY Hotel building located in Pennsylvania. It was Wood Framed building consists of wood shear wall and Steel Moment frames to resist wind and earthquake loads. Yogi Engineering also provided Structural Detailing for special machine foundations and Swimming Pool. BIM coordination was done with Architecture to eliminate the errors.
